About Me!

 My name is Nicolas. My friends call me Nic, but you can call me Nic. I’m 18 years old. I live in Colorado. I’m a senior in high school and my favorite food is a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. I am creating this blog as an assignment in school but I intend to carry it on with me through college. The intent on this blog is for me to try different recipes and cooking ideas from the INTERNET and to come up with whatever I can in my cupboard to eat. I would extremely appreciate your ideas for what I should try, whether it’s a complicated  soufflé or a pb&j. Some weeks might be different in a way that I'm learning from others or I just don't have money...or time....or food. I will try to keep on top of this blog seeing as how I am a cook at Chilis by night and a senior student by day and my weekends are stacked so I will do my best! Godspeed!
